Back to the Future Education (Australia) Pty Limited and Australian Institute of Mathematics Pty Limited have been involved in discussions regarding the name Mathemagic. The discussions have been resolved amicably.
The companies and their respective products are different and are not related and have never had any association with each other other in any way.
Australian Institute of Mathematics & Literacy Pty Limited and Back to the Future Education (Australia) Pty Limited have agreed, in consideration of certain undertakings, that from now on, that Australian Institute of Mathematics & Literacy Pty Limited shall be entitled to market its products under the name MATHEMAGIC and Back to the Future Education (Australia) Pty Limited shall be entitled to market its products under the name MATHSPOWER.
